He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Kreissler and Dora Eckhoff Kreissler; and his siblings, Eldor Kreissler, Edward Kreissler, Harold Kreissler and Iola Rapp.
He is survived by: his former wife Corene White; his children, Mindy Kuplen (Steve) of Mulberry, KS, Marianne O'Nelio (Gary) of Pittsburg, KS and Tom Kreissler (Cara Orban) of Helena, MT; his wife Barb McClaskey; his son Jon Kreissler of Pittsburg, KS; his stepdaughter Katie McClaskey of Girard, KS; his sisters, Elsie Williams of Laramie, WY and Dolores Fuelling of Lee's Summit, MO; and his grandchildren, Chet Kuplen (Alli), John O'Nelio (Tiffanie), Molly Kuplen, Alex O'Nelio, Will Kreissler and Emory Kreissler.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to create the John Kreissler Scholarship at Pittsburg State University or contributions to the Rotary Foundation.
