He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Mills and Lillian Mills (Parrish); and his daughter Debra Tindell. He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Graham; his children, Vicki O'Brien of Pittsburg, KS, Michael Mills (Karlene) of Michigan, Bill Eller (Christy) of Pittsburg, KS, Doug Eller (Paula) of Pittsburg, KS, Charles Eller of Topeka, KS, Tammy Simon (Ben) of Girard, KS and Michelle Mullinix (Clayton) of Burlingame, KS; and his brother Jerry Mills of Arma, KS. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy to be in the form of memorials to the Avalon Hospice.
