Yvonne Hunt Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2024, at the age of 88, Yvonne Hunt (Garnett, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Yvonne leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Yvonne may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruel Coble and Florence Coble (McCoskey); her husband Jim; her brothers, Robert and Frank Coble; and her son Michael Ray.

She is survived by: her children, Jamie Hunt (Sari), Sheila Bockover (Kevin), Lora Hunt and Barbara Haigler (Chuck); and her adoptive daughter Cindy Holinsworth. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Wings of Warriors of Allen County, and can be left in the care of the funeral home.
