It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Yoder of Garnett, Kansas, born in McMinnville, Oregon, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel B. "Red Sam" Miller and Wilma Miller (Miller); her siblings, Melvin, Alvin Miller and Katie Yoder; and her siblings-in-law, Lloyd Beachy, Ira Yoder, Susan Miller and Fannie Miller.
She is survived by: her husband David T. Yoder; her children, Andy Ray Yoder (Pam), David Yoder (Carol), Lydia Keim (LaVern), Toby Yoder (Wilma), Alvin Yoder (Carolyn), Melvin Yoder (Kathryn), Wilma Keim (Leroy), Raymond Yoder (Ada Mae), John Yoder (Emma), Samuel Yoder (Shawnda) and Barbara Keim (Steven); her siblings, Ida Yoder, Lydia Beachy and Andy Miller; and her brother-in-law Lester H. Yoder. She is also survived by 64 grandchildren and 64 great-grandchildren.
