She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Max and Leona Pearl Welborn (Kissee); her former husband Mike Roberts of Greeley, Kansas.; her grandson Ian Edward Colburn; and her stepson Flint Macklin.
She is survived by: her former husband Raymond Jay "R. J."; her husband Rusty Macklin; her son Brian Colburn of Garnett; her brother Bob Welborn (Kathy) of Belton, Missouri; and her stepdaughters, Amy Macklin, Kim Wittman and Jill Foltz.
