He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johnson and Frances Johnson (Scott); his sister Sheila Johnson; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Jean Weldon.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Steven Johnson (Jennifer), Wayne Johnson (Bekah) and Jennifer Van Leeuwen; his grandchildren, Denise Johnson, Kaylie Johnson, Maggie Johnson, Colton Johnson, Aiden Johnson and Luke Van Leeuwen; and his close friend Mikey Lattin. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
