He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Miller and Betty Miller (Cook); his foster daughter Allison Voss; his brother Kevin Miller; and his close friend Mike Kirk.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Miller; his children, Shawn Miller (Jessica) of Garnett, Kansas, Brittany Miller of Garnett, Kansas and Danielle Miller (Makayla Quinn) of Iola, Kansas; his grandchildren, Lilly and Adrian Miller; and his brothers, Jake Miller (Billie) of Dury, Missouri and Austin Miller. He is also survived by his children, their spouses, and grandchildren.
