We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2023, at the age of 81, Karen Ann Horner of Garnett, Kansas, born in Manhattan, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eldon and Esther Mae Parry (Grounds). She is survived by: her husband Seward A. Horner of Lawrence, KS; her children, Heather Giczewski (Gary) and Seward Ellis Horner (Jenni); her siblings, Sharon Stebens of Emporia, KS, Janet Iotti Sanford (Bob), N. Carolina, Jane Reagan (Jim), Kathleen Parry-Clements (Bob) of Emporia, KS and John J. Parry of Belvue, KS; her aunt Ethlyn Taylor of Bloomington, IN; her siblings-in-law, Nancy Feuerborn (Frank), Ronda and Brad Horner (Christy); and her grandchildren, Ruth Burkdoll, Jonathon Burkdoll, Chase Horner and Ellissa Horner. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, dear friends, and cousins.
