She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Leeuwen and Bertha Van Leeuwen (Jennings); her husband Louis Wolken; her son Gus; her grandson Ryan Campbell; and her siblings, Jerry Hill, Cleo Jacquinot, Jeanie LaForge, Roger, Ted, Gert Forbes and Harry.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Campbell (Craig), Eileen Bertels (Bill Jewell), Sharon Mader (Alan) and Jim Wolken (Kelli); her grandchildren, Brett, Trevor, Jenna Campbell, Eric Bertels, Beth Hughes, Seth, Tyler Wolken, Grace Mader, Wesley, Bailey, Briley, Gavin and Teagan Wolken; and her sisters, Rosina Van Leeuwen of Wichita and Judy Fager of Erie, Kansas.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Jeanette's honor may be made to St. Rose School and left in the care of the funeral home.
