She was predeceased by: her father Donald Lankard; her brother Donnie Lankard; her parents-in-law, Henry and Betty Tastove; and her brothers-in-law, Ronnie Tastove, Steve Hess and Bill Stocks.
She is survived by: her mother Hilda E. Lankard (Rockers) of Garnett, Kansas; her husband Pat Tastove; and her sisters, Janet Stocks of Paola, Kansas, Nancy Lankard-Feuerborn of Bonner Springs, Kansas, Helen Watt (Kim) of Garnett, Kansas and Nancy Tastove Hess. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to W.I.N.G.S.
