We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2022, at the age of 83, Glen A. Lickteig of Garnett, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, August Lickteig and Mary Lickteig (Jockman); his wife Doris Bach; his son Kurt; and his brothers, Marvin and Harley.
He is survived by: his children, Connie, Kevin Lickteig (Kerry) of Olathe and Cathy Barnes (Mike) of Garnett; his grandchildren, Connie Powls (David) of Holton, Seth Lickteig (Amanda) of Emporia, Dane Lickteig (Molly) of Prairie Village, Spencer Lickteig of Grand Rapids, Kirby Barnes (Kim) of Garnett, Keegan Barnes (Whitney) of Garnett, Michael Powls (Shannon Harvey) and Justine Powls (Cameron Gallet) of Mission; his great grandchildren, Charles, Hazel, Curtis Lickteig, Brody, Brystol, Braxton, Brailyn, Briar Barnes, Paxton, Brisyn and Aiyden Powls-Harvey; and his siblings, Juliana Mader, Cecil Lickteig, Oralee O'Brien, Carmen Holmes, Gene Lickteig, Margaret Cunningham and Roy Lickteig. He is also survived by his son, grandsons, and great-grandsons.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, facemasks are recommended inside for the rosary and mass.
