He is survived by: his wife Patricia Collins of Garnett, Kansas; his children, Jeffery Collins, Bobbi of Kincaid, Brian Collins, Regina Hurlock of Garnett, Tammy Ramsey of Kincaid, Kansas, Theresa Collins (Michael Huelskamp) of Mount Hope, Kansas and Crystal Carey (Jerry) of Garnett, Kansas; his grandchildren, Lyndsie, Emma, Ellie Carey, Sadie and Dawson Ramsey; and his siblings, Arla Walton of Ridgely, Cathy Wilson of Garnett, Steve Collins (Sandy) of Garnett, Kenny Collins (Nancy) of Lane, Wanda Westphalen (Dean) of Kearney, Clayton Collins and Tim Collins of Garnett, Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
