He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alfred and Vivian M. Haynes (Dart); his daughter Denise; and his grandson Josh. He is survived by: his daughters, Sheri (John Scott) of Bandera and Jana (Denis Mader) of Harrah, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 17 great- grandchildren and 4 great- great grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made to Children's Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri, and left in care of the funeral home.
