He was predeceased by: his mother Shelly Springston; and his son Kason Lee Dozier. He is survived by: his father Mark Dozier (Patty) of Iola, Kansas; his child Killian; his former spouse Gideon; his wife Kelsea Magner; his child Cloyce Dozier; his brothers, Dakota Dozier, Christopher Dozier, Darrick Gonzales and Vincent Gonzales; and his parents-in-law, Mark and Di Magner of Garnett, Kansas. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dustin Dozier Memorial Fund.
