He is survived by: his son-in-law Rob Miller; his great grandchild Mike; his daughter-in-law Cindy; his wife Sandy; his daughter Amy Stockton-Miller (Rob Miller); his grandchildren, Sam Miller and Grace of Leavenworth, Kansas; his son Mike Stockton (Cindy); and his granddaughter Sadie of Kearney, Missouri..
