He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Summers of Parsons, KS and Susan Summers (Blazier) of Garfield, KS; his sons, Kayson Summers and Gavin Summers; his stepdaughter Kayleen Bradford; his brothers, Shawn Blazier of Salina, KS, David Summers of Winfield, KS and Jason Summers; his half-brothers, Roman Blanchard of Cimarron, KS and Michael Summers of Cimarron, KS; his stepbrothers, Bryan Hibbs and Darin Hibbs; and his aunts and uncles, Steve Blazier (Dena), Chris Blazier (Clarissa), Rick Blazier, Doug Uitts, Tracy Akin and Lisa Burt. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
