He was predeceased by: his parents, Farrel Rickey and Opal Rickey (Beauchamp); his wives, Kathryn, Imogene, JoAnna and Joyce; his daughter Linda Jacobs; and his sister Maxine Grothe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley Gillard (Gary) of Edgerton, KS and Arlene Truitt (Loran LaVern) of Olathe, KS. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.
