He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phillip Kirkman, Sr. and Wanda Winifred Kirkman (Dale); and his wife Patricia Kay Kirkman. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Joy Kirkman, Deanna Sue Townsend (James D.), Phillip Lee Kirkman (Amy) and Paul LeRoy Kirkman (Shawn); and his sister Debra Sue Valdivia. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
