He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Watkins and Mildred Elrod (Evelyn); his sister Nickie Murphy; and his daughter-in-law Allison. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Elrod; his sons, Michael Elrod (Brandy) of Gardner, KS and Rob; and his sister Ardys A. Savage Olathe. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
