She is survived by: her former spouse Gayle R. Phillips; her child Carra Merrill (Tim) of Gardner; her grandchildren, Bryan Merrill and Lauren Averill (Bryan); her great grandchildren, Brendyn and Brantley; her nieces and nephews, David Muck, Jr. (Cole), Martha Muck Loge (Chester), Charles Lozano, Tracy Shipley, Russell Muck (Lisa), Geoffrey Muck (Paula), Tina Muck, John Muck (Susan), Mary Muck (Allan) and Aaron Muck (Robin); and her fiancé William Fisher.
