He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ambrose and Beverly Ann Baldwin (Scamahorn); and his siblings, James Lee Baldwin and Cindy Jo Kodger. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Hollingsworth of Rio Vista, CA; his sisters, Deborah A. Andrasak, Danny M. Baldwin, Tamara K. Page and Kimberly M. Baldwin; and his grandchildren, Haley Lee Hollingworth and Erik DeTomasi. He is also survived by eight nephews, five nieces, eight great-nephews and nine great-nieces.
