He is survived by: his parent Kelly Ann Smith of Louisburg, Kansas; his wife Natasha Smith; his children, Adriana, Nevaeh Smith of Gardner and Diezel Smith of Blue Springs; his father Larry Smith of Leavenworth; and his siblings, Larry Smith III (Marah) of Gardner, Nicole Smith of Gardner and Trey Smith of Gardner.
