He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanford Arthur and Mabel Frances Harley (Gossett); his daughter Cheri Harley; his granddaughter Amber McClure; and his sister Marcelene.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Klo Baker; his children, Julie White of El Mirage, AZ, Dion Harley, Damon Harley and Dale Harley; his grandchildren, Will Sloan, Chelsey Kading, Jason Lambson, Blake Harley, Abi Wilkins, Olivia Harley, Natalie Harley, Nathaniel Harley and Savannah Harley; and his sister-in-law Carole Grube (Wes).
