She is survived by: her husband Leo Raymond Horner; her children, Doug Horner (Sue), Debra (Greg Lumb) of Olathe, Kansas. and Dan (Terri Horner) of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Beau Horner, Tonia McCollum, Rachel Lumb, Luke Lumb, Lacey Lewis, Brock Horner, Brant Horner and Breeanna Horner; her brother Roger (Joyce Weir) of Springfield, Missouri.; and her son-in-law Todd Russell of Topeka, Kansas..
