He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Rosalie Foster (Toothman); and his sister Rochelle Foster Mock. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Gault Foster; his children, Chris Foster (Joely) of Gardner, Justin Foster of Shawnee, Heather Starks (Jon Marshall) of Gardner, Aaron Foster (Payton) of Gardner and Richard; his grandchildren, Jesse Starks, Brooklynn Starks, Bentleigh Starks, Gauge Foster and Axel Foster; and his siblings, Robert Foster II of Olathe and Rebecca Fulbright (Bill) of Wellsville.
