He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ray and Grace Anna Hines (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marty" J. Rall; and his children, Mandra (Ken Bess) of Gardner, KS and Robyn Hines. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to the city of Agra, KS for a walking path at Agra Lake.
