He is survived by: his parents, Gloria Alicia (Dominguez) and Emilio Perez; his wife Deborah; his children, Mario Salazar Perez, Jr. and Antonio Angelo Perez; his siblings, Deanna Lynn Cook of Shawnee Mission, KS, Peter Albert Derendinger and Stephan Derendinger; and his father-in-law Robert Louis Messenger of Wellsville, KS.. He is also survived by six sisters and one brother.
