He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Leslie and Alice Minnie Johnson (Burkey); his brother Leland Johnson; and his brother-in-law Don Sherwood. He is survived by: his children, Christina "Tina" Potter (Danny) of Hillsdale, Alex Karl Johnson (Tammy) of Lee's Summit, Jeremiah Andrew Johnson (Kaitlin) of Spring Hill and Quincey Lucius Johnson (Danielle) of Dallas, Texas; his sisters, Wanda Sherwood of Longmont and Loretta Rentfro (Raymond) of Topeka, Kansas; his grandchildren, Jordan Cunningham, Maker Johnson and Myah Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Reece and Carter Cunningham.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bruce Funeral Home (106 S Center St, Gardner, KS 66030).
