He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynus Adrian and Ruth Marguerite Howard (Young); and his brothers, Morris and Jerry Howard. He is survived by: his wife Ardith Ann Crawford; his children, Rochelle Howard, Ann Howard, Thad Howard (Joey) and Steve Howard (Erin); and his sister Mary Howard. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
