He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Deaton (Barnes) and Harold Keith Deaton. He is survived by: his children, Marie E. Deaton and Daniel J. Deaton.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home (14275 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS 66062). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens (13901 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS 66062).
