He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Roy and Odessa "Dessie" Roy; his former wife Christine Roy (Shaw); and his wife Gloria Roy. He is survived by: his son Mark Roy; and his stepson Steve Cowart. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
