He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Allen Manning. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean; his children, Melinda Sue Friday (John) of Tonganoxie, KS, Robert John White, Gloria Beth Phares, Shawn Marie Hudson (Bill) and Cheryle Lynn Laster (George); and his brothers, Gary Manning of Ottawa, KS and Richard Charles White. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous foster great-grandchildren.
