She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Taylor and Anna Taylor; her husband Howard Boehm; and her daughters, Connie and Carol.

She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Kershner (Mike); her grandchildren, Amie Kershner (Pete) and Adam Kershner (Jamie); and her great grandchildren, Swaye and Everett.

The family asks that memorial donations be made to the Wellsville Health and Rehabilitation.
