She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Henry and Lena Marie Windler (Prothe). She is survived by: her former husband Charles E. Hoover; her children, Danny Hoover (Sherry) of Paola, Jayne Todd (Keith) of Peculiar, MO, Jerry Hoover (Kim) of Louisburg and David Hoover (Rose) of Spring Hill; her siblings, Wilda Bunch (Emerson) of LaCygne, Donna Brooks (Ken) of Pittsburg and Leonard Windler of Paola; and her son Crematory. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
