It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Eugene McAtee (Gardner, Kansas), born in Walnut, Kansas, who passed away on December 13, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Lynn; his parents, George McAtee and Adele McAtee; and his siblings, Donald of Harold, Jim, Paul McAtee, Mary Lou Crager (Sis), Margie Crager and Katie Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Dean McAtee of Olathe, Lisa Lowe of Overland Park and Nick McAtee of Shawnee; his children-in-law, Mike Lowe, Sheryl McAtee and Jill McAtee; his grandchildren, Brandon and Haley McAtee; and his brother Leonard McAtee of St. Paul.

Gene had suffered with Alzheimer's Disease for several years.
