He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Orlando and Bonnie Joyce Scott (Keiser). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jean Laine; his children, Brian Russell Scott (Rebecca) and Heather Marie McDowell (Matthew); his sisters, Janet Froelich and Lori Shanholt; and his grandsons, Mason and Landon McDowell.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bruce Funeral Home (106 S Center St, Gardner, KS 66030).
