Basil Malone Green Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2024, at the age of 83, Basil Malone Green of Gardner, Kansas, born in Houston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hubert and Amy Evelyn Green (Pack); and his brothers, Jack Green and Ray Green. He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Alonzo (Green) of Gardner, Debbie Gilliland (David) of Edgerton, Jennifer Green of Springfield, Michal (Green) of Rogers and William Green (Windy); his grandchildren, Zakias Benter, Michael Benter, Josh Bates, Chelsey Gilliland, Destiny Busciglio (Joey), Shelly Applegate (Drannon), Vincent Carpenter, Haley Landis, Brandy Green (Kelton) and Joshua Green; his great grandchildren, Chrie, Sophia, Emma, Joseph and Lacey; and his grandchildren, Chrie, Sophia, Emma, Joseph and Lacey. He is also survived by his kids, his grandkids and great grandkids.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in "Loving Memory of Basil M. Green" can be made to the many charities he supported throughout his life. Shriners, Paralyzed Veterans, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, American Legion and VFW.
