With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Ann Schulz (Gardner, Kansas), born in Sedalia, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara left this world on June 23, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Rissler and Edith Rissler; her husband Ralph "Skip" Schulz; her sister Judith Rissler Berenyi; her siblings-in-law, Robert "Bob" Schulz and Martha Schulz; and her grandson Ian P. Hawkins.

She is survived by : her daughters, Stacey Hunter (Jeff), Sarah Gaddy (Brian) of Liberty, MO and Stephanie Herthel (Todd) of Spring Hill, KS; her brother-in-law Alex Berenyi of Kansas City, MO; and her cousin Kristy Bluhm Fisher of Sedalia, MO. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandsons.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 6:00 AM at the Bruce Funeral Home (106 S Center St, Gardner, KS 66030). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
