Sybert-Lewis; his children, Laren Melgaad (Ryan), Margaret Hentz (Brian), Andrew Coldren (Stephanie) and Victoria Shanks (Shane); his siblings, Agripino Medina (Pete), Anthony Medina and Columbia; and his nephews, Shane Medina, Kevin Medina and Derek Medina. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
