He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Delone and Barbara Lucille Page (Young); and his brother Richard "Ricky" Page. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L Davis; his daughter Becky (Travis Jones) of Gardner, Kansas.; his siblings, Meredith Lessley, Donald Page, Raleigh Page, Jason Page, Dorian Page, Della Koudelka and Bracken Page; and his granddaughters, Hannah, Natali and Gabrielle.
