He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Jean (Horsch). He is survived by: his children, Dale Blasi (Anita), Debra Austin (Kelly), Deann Paulino (Joshua) and Dean Blasi (Sandy); and his siblings, Edith Orth, Daniel Blasi (Mary Kay), Ronald Blasi, Joel Blasi (Jeanne), Mary Beth Winter (Dale) and Mark Blasi (Gemma).
