She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Maltby and Doris Shutts Maltby; and her siblings, Ronald "Jack" Maltby, Jerry Maltby and Carol Meador.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Lybarger; her children, Jerry Logan, Forest Lybarger and Teresa Pepe; and her sisters, Peggy Foust (Victor) and Teri Frank (Charles). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
