She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hampel and Helen Hampel; her husband Melvin Kerschen; her children, Larry Kerschen and Karen Seiler; and her siblings, Alfred Hampel, Paul Hampel, John Hampel, Norbert Hampel, Martin Hampel, Berniece Bergkamp, Ruth Heithaus, Ernestine Hon and Florence Kelsey.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Kerschen (Loretta), Martin Kerschen (Lila), Roger Kerschen (Jill) and Connie Inslee (Steve); her grandchildren, Kimberly Mangile, Kyle Kerschen (Sarah), Kassi Pichler (Michael), Justin Kerschen (Amy), Michael Kerschen, Eric Kerschen, Megan Kampling (Brock), Chad Seiler (Maggie), Ashley Mertz (Ryan), Sara McCroskey (Jeff), Jerrod Inslee (Erica), Rachel Leland (Jacob), Matthew Kerschen, Kayla Kerschen and Alan Kerschen; and her sister Geraldine Ziegler. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren.
