It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Thimmesch (Garden Plain, Kansas), who passed away on January 21, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of JoAnn Thimmesch to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Black and Pearl Black (Leon Thimmesch); her son Dale; and her grandson Tanner Standefer (Duane Wiechman). She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Albert (Vince), Tonya Buche and Linda Ricketts; her grandsons, Jon Albert (April), Jeremy Albert (Michelle), Justin Albert (Emma), Colby Standefer (Lacey Bolen) and Drake Standefer (Megan); her brother Bill Black (Linda); and her pet Susie.
A rosary was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Anthony's Church (615 N Main St, Garden Plain, KS 67050).
