She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gappa and Virginia Gappa (Kudek); and her brothers, Vincent, Francis Paul and Tony Gappa.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Dooley (Cyndi), Debbie Pauly (Brian), Phil Dooley (Shelly) and Janette Childs (Dane); and her sister Mary Gappa.

Recitation of the rosary will be said at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 2nd and a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 3rd both at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Garden Plain, Kansas. in lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Lord's Diner 520 North Broadway Wichita, Kansas 67214 or to Faith Home Health and Hospice 7309 E. 21st Street North Wichita, Kansas 67206.
