It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Britton of Garden City, Kansas, who passed away on September 7, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sue may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sue touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, L. L. "Bus" Solze and Lola Pauline Solze (Summers); her brother Harold (Barbara Solze); and her great grandchild Braxton Hohlstein. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Sterling (Levi) of Garden City and Amy Ivey (Charles) of Garden City; and her grandchildren, Evan Knowlton (Crystal), Stephanie Hohlstein (Tyler), Kaiden Britton (Isabella), Kenzie Britton, Jessika Knowlton and Davin Britton. She is also survived by 9 Great-Grandchildren; 3 Nieces; and 2 Nephews.
