She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Irvin M. Pauls; her parents, John H. Martens and Sara Martens (Neufeldt); her siblings, Stella Thiessen and John Martens; and her children, Glenn Pauls, Duane Pauls, Nicholas Lembo, Dwight and Shelley Pauls. She was also cherished by the 12 great-grandchildren.
She requests donations to the Oasis Church Children's Program at 712 E. Hampton Rd., Ulysses, Kansas 67880 in lieu of flowers…"because that way their money will do some good, instead of just being spent on flowers.".
