He is survived by: his mother Rhonda Blanchette; his daughters, Haley Chapman and Sadie Smith; his siblings, Ashlee Blanchette and John Blanchette; and his aunts and uncles, Randy (Connie Huber), Traci (Tim Savolt), Kelley (Gary Bicket) and Heidi Huber (Ann Carroll). He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
