It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Orrell of Garden City, Kansas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Don Orrell. He is survived by: his wife Janet Orrell of Florissant; his daughter Ashlea Becker; his son-in-law Ben Becker of Overland Park; his daughter Richelle Orrell of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Arren Becker, Adelaide Becker and Alister Becker; his sister Dawn Renee Hapes; his brother-in-law Donnie Hapes of Florissant, Colorado.; and also Kenda Orrell of Garden City.

Memorial has been established for Friends of Lee Richardson Zoo, in care of Robson Funeral Home, 620 N. Main St., Garden City, KS 67846.
