With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard A. Rojas of Garden City, Kansas, born in Syracuse, Kansas, who passed away on December 29, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Rojas and Severiana Rojas (Avila); and his siblings, Max, Tony, Carmen, Laura and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Rita J Servantez; his children, Jennifer Rojas Holbrook of Joplin and Richard Jahmal Rojas (Kelly) of Springfield; his siblings, Eddie Rojas (Becky), Hortencia Villarreal (Roman) and Gloria Perez (Rudy); his grandchildren, Kirsten Trotman (Brady), Jordan Gardner (Austin), Ashtyn Rojas, Brynn Rojas and Myla Rojas; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Dylan and Brooklyn.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (pulmonaryFibrosis.org) National Jewish Health (nationaljewish.org) in care of Garnand Funeral Home.
